(*) A document confirming your student position must be sent by email together with the registration form. A student can present and register only for one paper.
(**) Participants are responsible for their own hotel reservation.
Each nonstudent registration entitles an author to publish up to two papers. An additional full registration will be required for up to two additional papers. To be published in the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, the registration fees must be paid a prior to uploading the final IEEE formated publication ready version of the paper and the paper must be presented during the conference.
